To qualify for our program, you must:

 

-Live or work in Marion County for at least one year

-Meet income guidelines

- Pass criminal screening

- Pass credit screening 

- Have a willingness to partner/volunteer doing sweat equity

Being qualified for the New Home program does not guarantee home ownership through Habitat for Humanity.
