Home Sweet Home Concert a Success Print
The Home Sweet Home benefit concert held by Habitat for Humanity of Marion County on February 24 was a resounding success! Over 180 tickets were sold to this event featuring music groups from around the county. All donations received will help advance the Mission of Habitat for Humanity here in Marion County. Jake Rietveld, Sydney Lett, Allan Robuck and the Charlie Koopman Band performed, and guests enjoyed delicious desserts catered by Central College during the intermission. Several restaurants also offered discounts for ticketholders prior to the event.

Dedication held for Kelly Home Print
Habitat for Humanity dedicated our 35th house on December 20, 2011. John and Debbie Kelly and their family celebrated the completion of their home on Patrick Street in Knoxville, and extended thanks to all who contributed their skills and donations to make their new home a reality. This home is the first rehab completed by Habitat in Marion County, and was made possible in part through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and the City of Knoxville.
