Marion County Habitat Dedicates Two Homes Print

Habitat for Humanity of Marion County celebrated the building of 1,000 Habitat houses built in the state of Iowa. Click here to read more about the 1,000th house. On Saturday, October 1, 2011, we dedicated the homes of the Dan and Sara Nichols family (the 1000th house) and the Megan Gist family at 301 and 305 W. Marion Street. The Nichols home, which is the 31st house built by Habitat in Marion County, and the Gist home, which is our 32nd house, are now complete.
